Our intention is for our guests to feel at home upon arrival, relaxed and understood throughout, and leave feeling like a total boss babe. At Moss and Mane we specialize in Hair Extensions. All of our artists are extensively trained by our owners and global lead educators in these methods, providing our clientele with the most undetectable extensions on the market today.
Our Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service. Same day or last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.
All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy.
There are NO REFUNDS on any hair coloring, cutting, or extension services. Hair care may be adjusted within 14 days for an item of the same value as well as boutique purchases with tags attached.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
First, as mothers ourselves, we completely understand most situations to do with children! Unfortunately, having unaccompanied children (children without an appointment) inside of the salon takes away from this experience. Due to insurance and liability– this is a potential issue for us as we work with many chemicals, sharp objects, and issues with overcrowding in the salon this summer while children are out of school. We ask that you please keep your children at home during this time. We want to make sure your children are kept safe at all times and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for clients and that have reserved time for themselves. This policy is not strictly enforced with newborn or nursing mothers. We do offer late night and Saturdays appointments when most mothers can hopefully find childcare.
