– Salon Policies –

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL clients must give more than 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule appointments

A 50% deposit will be required for all services requesting to be rescheduled. This deposit will be applied towards rescheduled appointment. The same deposit will be required for NO SHOWS. If new scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24hr notice, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

CHILDREN/GUEST POLICY:

First, as mothers ourselves, we completely understand most situations to do with children! Unfortunately, having unaccompanied children (children without an appointment) inside of the salon takes away from this experience. Due to insurance and liability– this is a potential issue for us as we work with many chemicals, sharp objects and issues with overcrowding in the salon this summer while children are out of school. We ask that you please keep your children at home during this time. We want to make sure your children are kept safe at all times and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for clients and that have reserved time for themselves. This policy is not strictly enforced with newborn or nursing mothers. We do offer late night and Saturdays appointments when most mothers can hopefully find childcare.
