Moss and Mane is not just a place to get the hair of your dreams, but a second home with good vibes and good people.
Our founders, Taylor Niele and Ashton, each bring a set of unique skills and expertise to the business that will help them grow a tremendously successful brand. Both have extensive experience in education and training, business building, performing high-end services, and influence. Taylor and Ashton crossed paths in 2013 working in an elite salon. They quickly grew a friendship bonding over traveling (they have been to 3 different countries together!), expanding their knowledge, a deep love for iced coffee, charcuterie and all things wine. Suddenly realizing that their dreams and visions aligned, they wanted to combine forces to create a salon home together that elevates their artists and guests.

Ashton
Highly sought after by Atlanta’s top social media influencers, Ashton has been doing hair for over 15 years & now specializes in all things hair extensions & lived in color! She has been trained internationally & has a well versed pallet for wine. But don’t let that fool you- brand building, marketing strategies, & a detailed vision for each stylist’s long- term success are the vibes that keep her going.
When not behind the chair, Ashton/ Jennie is acting as an uber driver getting her children to football or volleyball, on date night with Jason, or enjoying spritz with friends (probably with Taylor)!

Taylor Niele
Growing up in the salon, Taylor Niele always had a passion for the salon world, it was in her D N A. After quickly ranking in as the top 5 producing stylists in a multi-location company year after year, you could say “ N U M B E R S is her game”! This six-figure earning stylist truly has a passion for creating custom plans for you to reach your goals and highest potential personally and professionally! Whether it’s blonding, bridal, business, or Prosecco bubbles, Taylor’s optimistic personality is one you will love.
Outside of the salon, Taylor loves spending time with her husband & 2 beautiful children, and catching up with her girlfriends over an espresso martini (probably with Ashton)!

Samantha
Born and raised in Atlanta, Samantha brings her love of creating dimensional color and passion for professionalism to provide top notch services. This Redken Artist is also certified in all Bellami Hair extensions. By fusing her love of color theory and extensions, she is able to create custom looks to fit not only her guest’s personal style, but lifestyle as well. Samantha specializes in blonding and dimensional color.
When not in the salon, you can find Samantha spending time with her golden doodle Junie or enjoying a marg with friends!

Maria
Maria specializes in blonding, lived in color and extensions! She loves a challenge when it comes to corrective color & bringing inspo pictiures to life! Maria loves educating her clients on hair care based on their specific needs. You will love a day in her chair!
When not in the salon, Maria loves watching Netflix, hanging out with her 2 dogs or going to grab a margarita!

Parker
Parker specializes in blonding, extensions & extreme hair makeovers. “Deciding to be a hairstylist was the best decision I ever made for myself.” and we are thrilled she did!
Lived-in. Soultry. Pure natural talent. This girl never meets a stranger! Mama of 3-year old teacup Yorkie, Opie. This beautiful babe is a twin, has a love for crime podcasts, rock bands & her favorite.. Korean bbq!

Aubri specializes in lived in color, brunettes and extension transformations. Her natural ability and personable approach to customizing her guests color and cuts is what sets her apart from others in the industry. She has a love and talent for mentoring and educating which has grown her not just as a stylist behind the chair but also on the education side of Moss and Mane in the upcoming future.
You can find Aubri by the lake or beach, spending time with her hubby & baby girl Kimber, and enjoying her favorite marg!

Aly
This former beauty pageant star quickly grew an interest for hair and makeup and knew she wanted to pursue this passion long term. After graduating Gwinnett’s top cosmetology school, Aly found her drive in a matter of foils, blowouts & loves to transform any head of hair! This girl doesn’t know a stranger, and was awarded “Ultimate Mane Babe” at our annual salon banquet for her hard work & dedication to her clients!
When she’s not creating beautiful hair in the salon, she probably singing along to throwbacks in her car or making Instagram reels. This cutie pie is one to not miss!

Katie
The friendliest, sweetest girl! Katie loves everything from fashion colors, to blonding and hand-tied extensions! An “OG” of Moss and Mane, she has quickly grown a clientele and is one of our most sought after stylists. While coloring and blonding are her specialties, sitting in her chair is intimate one on one time that you will love.
You can catch her taking long naps with a good glass of wine, her two-year old puppy, Baxter, or spending time with her friends & family. Lover of concerts, pumpkin chai tea latte, & Mexican food- this girl is all things but basic!

Breann
Breann, graduated in 2017 from Keune Academy. She specializes in balayage and keratin smoothing treatments. When sitting in Breann’s chair you will always feel welcomed, confident and heard.
When this Disney fanatic is not behind the chair, you can find her at the lake, enjoying Mexican food, hanging with her husband & fur babies.

Maci
A bubbly blonde hair stylist, Maci has 8+ years of experience in balayage, blonding, and color corrections. She seeks continual education to ensure she can offer her clients the most current techniques and trends. Maci has always had a passion for hair and strives to give her clients the premier experience. “Coming to the salon is more than just getting your hair done, it’s also about taking time for yourself and being the best version of you.”
Outside of the salon, Maci enjoys life with her husband and two kids seeking out new adventures and living life! A High Noon or glass of red wine never hurt anything either.

Meet Cynthia! She loves lived in hair color, doing things very organically and real life everyday looks. With two years of experience, she is always raising the bar and continuing her education.

This beautiful, fun-loving babe from Athens, Ga (go dawgs!) has always known she wanted to be a hair stylist. Taylor has a love for everything blonde and extensions. She strives to make sure her clients leave her chair feeling confident and gorgeous.

Nicole graduated from Keune Academy in 2017. She loves doing blondes and went to hair school because she loves helping people boost their confidence! When she’s not at the salon she’s at the gym or grabbing a drink with friends! Her hobbies are weekend getaways, going to the beach, attending concerts, and shopping!
